Ingredients
1 cup raw buckwheat ( rinsed)
1/2 cup coconut flakes @niulife
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
2 tbs low sugar apricot jam @barkersofnz
4 teaspoons coconut oil @niulife
Directions
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to
combine. Pour cereal onto a lined baking tray and bake at 160 degrees for 10
minutes.
Stir the cereal.
Then bake for another 10 minutes.
Serve with ice cold
almond milk a scoop
of vanilla @happywayau and fresh strawberries .
