Ingredients
2 cups buckwheat flour ( or flour you have
available)
1 1/2 cups almond milk
2 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 tbs chia seeds
2 tsp stevia @natvialiving
2 scoops vanilla whey or vegan @happywayau
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bi-carb soda
170g tin passionfruit pulp
Directions
Add all ingredients to a bowl. Stir to combine.
Pour 1/4 mixture onto a
pan and cook on each side until pancake is golden and brown.
Top with extra passionfruit and fresh berries.
