New Key Lime Pie Breakfast Bowl
NEW KEY LIME PIE BREAKFAST BOWL
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup shredded coconut
2 scoops vanilla @happywayau
4 tbs melted coconut oil
1/3 cup almond milk
2 cups Greek or Coconut yoghurt
1/3 cup light cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
Zest and juice of half a lime
Key Lime Yohgurt
Blitz all ingredients in a food processor until a chunky crumb forms
Key Lime Yoghurt
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine
Put together in a bowl and top with extra toasted coconut.
