Monday Mini Meal Prep

Breakfast- I’ll have oats with a scoop of @happywayau and berries

Am Snack - Apple  almonds + cawfeeeee. This combo keeps me satiated until lunch

Lunch - 1 x @veggiedelights plant based chicken burger patty, coleslaw and tomatoes 

Pm Snack - strawberries and protein ball.

Dinner - source of lean protein ( chicken or fish ) sweet potato and greens.
