APPLE PIE VANILLA DOUGHNUTS
1 x tsp Stevia
1/4 cup Coconut oil or ghee
2-3 tsp Cinnamon
1 x cup Self Raising Flour
1 x scoop Vanilla protein @happywayau
1 x tsp baking powder
270 grams Apple Purée (can buy in a jar or pouch)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Pour into doughnut tray.
Bake at 160 degrees for 10 minutes.
