APPLE + CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST BAKE
Slice the brioche into cubes.
In a bowl add eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar free maple syrup.
In a separate bowl mix the apple and the walnuts.
Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
Layer the brioche in the tray, then the apple mix and then pour milk mixture over the top.
Bake at 175 degrees for 20 minutes.
Top with Greek yoghurt and extra maple syrup. Yum!
