WELCOME to the active bod - lets get inspired

Hey,

I’m a teacher, mum, foodie and author of the GET INSPIRED GUIDE who is passionate about helping women live their happiest healthiest lives.

When I finally decided it was time to make a change and to focus on my health and fitness I wanted to keep a record of my achievements, failures and healthy recipe creations. 

I walked straight into a crowded stationery shop and directly over to the notebooks, in the middle of the pile of books was one electric blue note book with the words ‘Get Inspired’ embossed in gold across the front. I have used this book to record things I have learned, the changes in my body, how I felt when I ate certain foods, as well as new recipe and meal prep ideas. So it seemed like the perfect title for my first guide.

This blue notebook has been with me since the very beginning. It helped me to ‘Get Inspired’ to start creating a better life for myself and I hope it can do the same for you.
