I have followed Jen for almost a year now and have made plenty of her recipes that she has shared online, so I knew the 14 day healthy eating guide would be amazing. It’s not just a meal plan though, there are so many tools included to help you make better decisions around eating. I have found I am more organised, my enthusiasm in the kitchen has returned, which means I’m eating healthier meals at home. I am eating foods that I enjoy eating and my partner and son are loving the recipes also! The recipes are all so easy to prepare, I feel fuller for longer and my skin is glowing! Although the plan is for 14 days, you can use it way beyond the 2 weeks. I am excited to try more products from the Active Bod.

It has steps to get you started including getting your fridge and pantry ready to start, a self-reflection tool of yourself and completing a weekly healthy habit tracker. The part that I love the most is you get a full 14-day meal plan with great easy recipes with all the calories already worked out for you and a shopping list for each week.
Once finished your 14 days there is a post kickstart forward planning tool which you write down what you have learnt and what you can improve in.
I recommend this as the recipes are so easy to follow and you learn so much about your eating habits and what works for you and what doesn’t.
