Baked Pear, Date & Hazelnut Oats
BAKED PEAR DATE + HAZELNUT OATS

Ingredients
1 cup oats
3 medjool dates
1/2 cup tin pears
1 x scoop @happywayau vanilla (or salted caramel)
1/2 tsp bi-carb
1/3 cup chopped hazelnuts
1 egg
1/2 cup yoghurt (coconut or greek)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbs almond milk
Directions
To a bowl add all ingredients and stir.
Pour mixture into one larger baking tray or 2-3 small ramekins.
Bake at 170 degrees celsius for 15 minutes.
Eat warm with extra yoghurt

Can be made dairy free or nut free.
