Berry Crisp with Protein Crumble
BERRY CRISP WITH PROTEIN CRUMBLE
2 1/2 cups frozen berries (I used blueberries + raspberries)
1 tsp @niulife coconut flour
1 tsp @niulife coconut sugar
3 scoops @happywayau vanilla
30 grams almond spread
1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
1 tsp stevia
2 tsp cinnamon
For berry crisp mix all ingredients in a bowl and separate berry mixture between 3 ramekins.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and top berry crisps with protein crumble.
Bake at 170 degrees for 10 minutes.
I meal prepped mine on Sunday and will just reheat in the morning and serve with Greek or coconut yoghurt.
