150g frozen blueberries
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbs cornflour
50g@barkersofnz lemon curd
150g greek yoghurt
1 tbs water
120g rolled oats
60g sugar free maple
30g desiccated coconut
2 x scoops vanilla@happywayau
3 tbs water
Blueberry Base
Curd
Crumble
Directions
In a baking dish add blueberry base, pour over curd mix and top with the crumble. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees until golden brown.
