Ingredients
3/4 cup walnuts
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup @sogoodau almond milk
2 grated carrots
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 scoop salted caramel @happywayau
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbs coconut oil or butter
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend
until smooth.
Pour into 3 pudding dishes or ramekins.
Bake 160 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes
