Carrot, Walnut & Salted Caramel Blender Breakfast Puddings
CARROT WALNUT AND SALTED CARAMEL BLENDER BREAKFAST PUDDINGS
3/4 cup walnuts
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup @sogoodau almond milk
2 grated carrots
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 scoop salted caramel @happywayau
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbs coconut oil or butter
1 tsp baking powder
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into 3 pudding dishes or ramekins.
Bake 160 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes .
Top puddings with @purecocobella coconut yoghurt, walnuts and a cheeky caramel drizzle..
