DREAMY PASSIONFRUIT BREAKFAST PUDDINGS
Add egg yolks, stevia, coconut flour, baking powder, @happywayau, almond milk, passionfruit pulp to a bowl and mix.
In a seperate bowl whisk up egg whites until white and fluffy.
Pour mixture into 2-3 oiled ramekins.
Put ramekins on a baking tray and fill the bottom of tray (about half way up tray) with boiling water.
Bake at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes. Puddings should be slightly brown on top.
Serve with creamy @purecocobella vanilla coconut yoghurt and extra passionfruit pulp. . I stirred through one of the original @collagenu sachets. They are flavourless and mix so well in my morning oats, puddings and smoothies. . This recipe can be#mealprepped + reheated in the morning to serve.
