Ingredients
1/3 cup coconut flour
1 tbs stevia
3 eggs (separate yolks and whites)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbs butter
1 cup almond milk

1/3 cup passionfruit pulp - plus extra for the top
Directions
Add egg yolks, stevia, coconut flour, baking
powder, @happywayau, almond milk, passionfruit pulp to a bowl and mix.
In a seperate bowl whisk up egg whites until
white and fluffy.
Pour mixture into 2-3 oiled ramekins.
Put ramekins on a baking tray and fill the
bottom of tray (about half way up tray) with boiling water.
Bake at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Puddings should be slightly brown on top.
