Ingredients
90g rolled oats
1 grated apple
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
170g Greek yoghurt (small tub)
60g vanilla protein powder @happywayau
15g coconut
90g almond milk
20g chopped almonds
1 tbs sugar free maple syrup
Directions
Throw everything in a bowl. Pour into 3 oven safe baking dishes (or one larger baking dish)
Bake at 175 degrees for 25-30 minutes
