SALTED CARAMEL PROTEIN CROAST
2 x wholemeal crumpets
1 x egg
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup almond milk
1 scoop of@happywayau salted caramel protein powder ( any flavour will be delish!)
Add all ingredients to a bowl.
Soak crumpets in mix for 10 minutes.
Cook crumpets In a pan for a few minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve with fresh fruit and maple syrup.
