Ingredients
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp stevia
110g SR flour
1 1/2 scoops vegan vanilla @happywayau
170g @sogoodau almond milk
Directions
Add all ingredients into a bowl & stir to combine.
Place an egg or crumpet ring to the the pan, spoon mixture into the ring.
Cook until golden brown, turning once.
