Ingredients
Chicken
375g chicken breast diced into chunks
2 eggs
3 tbs cornflour or cornstarch
1/2 cup plain flour
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp sweet paprika
Salt and pepper
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil)
Sticky Sauce
1 -2 tsp garlic
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbs rice wine vinegar
2 tbs honey
2 tbs sweet chilli sauce
2 tbs tomato ketchup
2 tsp stevia
4 tbs soy sauce
Directions
Coat chicken in cornflour, then egg and then the
spice mix. To make spice mix add salt, pepper, flour, paprika and garlic salt
to bowl and mix.
Cook chicken in pan until browned and cooked
through.
Add ALL sticky sauce ingredients to a bowl. Add
to a pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbly.
Add chicken to sauce and toss.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds..
Recipe Note
Serve with fluffy rice and a serve of your
favourite greens.
