Ingredients
300g cooked/shredded chicken
2 cups cooked hokien noodles
1/2 red capsicum
1/2 cup honey soy dressing (@ayam)
2 carrots sliced
2 cups broccoli
1 tbs sesame seeds
Directions
Microwave/steam the vegetables and cook noodles as per packet directions.
Add vegetables, noodles, chicken and honey soy sauce to a bowl and stir.
Top with sesame seeds.
Recipe Note
This can be eaten hot or cold it’s delicious both ways.
