Ingredients
1 onion diced
2 tsps minced garlic
1 zucchini grated
2 carrots grated
1 cup cheese of
choice
4-5 eggs
100g lean ham
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup almond milk
1 cup flour of choice
1/4 cup fresh parsley
Directions
Add all ingredients
to a bowl. Pour into lined baking tray. Sprinkle 1 tbs pepitas over the top.
Bake at 160 degrees
for 35 -40 minutes.
