Directions
Dice the chicken in small chunks.
Add chicken pieces and satay sauce to a bowl.
Stir to coat all the pieces.
Add naan bread to a food processor. Blitz to
make a crumb.
Toss each piece of chicken in the naan
breadcrumbs.
Line a baking tray and place chicken on the tray.
Lightly spray the chicken with olive oil spray or
cooking spray.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees celcius until
the chicken is golden brown.
