One Tray Sticky Chicken & Crunchy Broccoslaw

Ingredients
3-4 chicken thighs
1 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs honey
2 tbs sweet chilli sauce
1 tbs Kecap manis
1 x bag@coles broccoslaw (or your fave coleslaw mix!)
Directions
In a bowl combine chicken & sauces. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Place chicken on lined baking tray and bake at 180 degrees celcius for 30 minutes.
Slice up chicken and place on top of broccoslaw.
Recipe Note
For a delicious dressing mix 1/2 cup greek
yoghurt, 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce & 1 tbsp water.
