Sticky Teriyaki Meatballs
STICKY TERIYAKI MEATBALLS

Ingredients
300g lean chicken mince
2 spring onions sliced
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
Salt pepper
1 egg
1/2 cup plain flour ( for rolling)
mix 1/4 cup @natvialiving stevia
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
Meatballs
Sticky Sauce
Directions
Add all meatball ingredients to a bowl and roll into balls.
Roll each ball in flour.
In a separate bowl mix 1/4 cup @natvialiving stevia, 1/4 cup sesame oil + 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce.
Coat balls in the sauce and bake for 15 minutes.
Recipe Note
I cooked mine in the air fryer.
I’m having mine with some gluten free noodles and greens.
