Ingredients
1 cup mushrooms
1 400g tin of brown lentils
1 tsp rosemary
2 tsp garlic
Small tin corn
1 tsp curry powder
100g grated beetroot
1/2 cup wholemeal SR flour
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 x 4 pack of seeded bagels
Directions
Add all ingredients to a food processor and
blitz to combine.
Shape mixture into 4 patties.
Roll each patty in a little flour.
Add 2 tbs olive oil to a pan.
Toast a bagel, top with
one veggie pattie, add all your favourite toppings!
