Blender Falafels with Roast Capsicum Cream
BLENDER FALAFELS WITH ROAST CAPSICUM CREAM

Ingredients
1 diced shallot
3 tbs parsley
2 x 400g can chickpeas
2 tsp garlic
Salt+pepper to taste
1 tsp sweet paprika
6 tbs plain flour
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 400g tin brown lentils
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs @mayvers peanut butter
2 Tbs sesame seeds
1 whole roasted red pepper (from jar)
1 tsp garlic
Salt & pepper
Falafel
Roast Capsicum Cream
Directions
Add all falafel ingredients to a blend, blitz together and roll into balls.
Add all capsicum cream ingredients to a blender and blitz.
Lightly fry each falafel in a frypan until golden brown on both sides.
Drizzle cream over falafel’s and serve with your favourite greens.
