375 lean turkey mince
350g sweet potato
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 cup quinoa or quick cup microwave rice
½ onion
3 tbs lime juice
3 tbs sugar free maple syrup
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp cumin
240 brown lentils
1 tbs sweet chili sauce
Directions
Chop cooked sweet potato, red capsicum drizzle with olive oil and roast in oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
To a hot pan add turkey mince. Add spices and cook for a few minutes
