Ingredients
1 packet chicken tenderloins
3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tbs dried seasoning of your choice (I used mingles seasoning bbq)
1/4 cup plain flour
1 tbs garlic powder
2 eggs
salt and pepper
20g wholegrain mustard
80g honey
Directions
In 3 separate bowls put the flour, the eggs and then the panic, garlic powder, parsley and dried seasoning in the third bowl
Dip each chicken tenderloin in flour, then egg mix and then crumb mix
Air fry for 15 minutes at 200 degrees celsius, turning half way
