CRISPY KALE PARMESAN + MEATBALL GF SPIRALS

4 x cups Kale
2 tbs olive oil
1 onion diced
1 x 400g jar of pasta sauce
150g @sanremo gluten free spirals
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 x 400g packet of beef + veg meatballs.
Add kale leaves to a bowl + massage olive oil into leaves.
Place kale on a lined baking tray, sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for 10 minutes until crispy.
In a pan cook onion, garlic and meatballs.
Add pasta sauce to pan and simmer for a few minutes.
Cook pasta + add to pasta sauce.
Top pasta with crispy kale + parmesan.
