Ingredients
330g lean turkey mince
1 egg
2 tsp minced garlic
1 diced onion
2 cups kale slaw or rocket
15g peanuts
1/4 cup ABC sweet soy sauce
1 x 250g pouch of microwave brown rice and
quinoa
Directions
In a pan cook the garlic, onion + turkey mince.
Add abc sauce.
Microwave rice. Add to pan.
Turn off heat and add greens + chopped peanuts.
Cook the egg in a pan and add to the top of your Nourish bowl.
Sprinkle with extra peanuts.
