Ingredients
500g chicken mince
2 eggs
1/4 cup cheese
2 cups cooked & chopped broccoli
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tbs parsley or chives
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
salt & pepper
Directions
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir
Mould mixture into round fritter shapes
Toss each fritter in a little flour. Cook fritters in olive oil in a pan until golden brown on both sides
