Directions
In a pan cook the chicken mince.
Remove chicken mince from pan.
Cook carrot, corn, peas and leek in the pan
until soft.
Add chicken mince, flour, stock, light cream and
simmer for a few minutes until sauce thickens.
Lay out tortillas and spoon in pie mixture. Fold
up sides.
Brush tops of pie with a little egg.
Bake for 10 minutes @170 degrees.
