Ingredients
1 packet of Chicken tenderloins
1 tsp salt
2 eggs whisked
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp sweet paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/3 cup flour of choice (I used@niulife )
1/2 red onion
1/2 mango
2 tomatoes
fresh parsley
1/2 cup @chobani Greek yoghurt
1 tbs sweet chilli sauce
squeeze of lime

Directions
Crispy strips
Bake panko at 170 degrees for 10 minutes until crispy and brown. Take out of oven. Add paprika, onion and garlic powder and salt and mix.
Dip each tenderloin in flour, then dip in whisked egg then toss through panko herb mix.
Bake chicken in oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Zesty mango salsa
Dice red onion, mango, tomatoes and fresh parsley. Add salt and a squeeze of lime.
Chilli lime yoghurt
Mix @chobani Greek yoghurt, sweet chilli sauce, squeeze of lime and get dipping!
