CHOC MAPLE ANZAC COOKIES
In a bowl add all dry ingredients and stir to combine.
In a microwave safe bowl melt butter and maple syrup.
Stir the bi-carb soda into the melted butter. Add to the dry ingredients and stir.
Roll tablespoonfuls into balls and put on a line baking tray.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
Drizzle each cookie with melted dark chocolate of course! + don’t forget to lick the bowl .
