Ingredients
1 x cup @niulife coconut flour
1/2 x cup @chobani Greek yoghurt
2 x tsp @nescafe coffee + 1 tbs boiling water (dilutes the coffee)
1/4 x cup almond butter
1 x tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bi carb soda
1/4 x cup @nestleanz dark chocolate chips (chopped)
3/4 x cup almond milk
1 x egg
1 x tbs sugar free maple syrup
1/4 x tsp salt
1 x tsp cinnamon
Directions
Muffins
Add all ingredients to a bowl except the coffee.
Mix coffee and boiling water.
Stir until the coffee granules are dissolved.
Mix all ingredients until combined.
Pour mixture into 5-6 lined muffin cases.
Bake at 175 degrees for 25 minutes .
Salted Caramel Frosting
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 x tsp instant coffee + 1 tbs boiling water (
mix together to dilute coffee)
2 x tsp almond butter
