Easy Silky Caramel Choc Fudge
EASY SILKY CARAMEL CHOC FUDGE
1/2 cup sugar free maple syrup@queenfinefoods
325g@mayversfood smooth peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
85g nuttelex (light butter)
100g dark chocolate (melted)
2 scoops@beforeyouspeakcoffee caramel creamer
Add all ingredients (except chocolate/creamer) to a bowl + stir to combine.
Separate the mixture into 2 bowls.
In one bowl add the melted chocolate. This makes chocolate layer. In the other bowl add the caramel creamer to make the caramel layer.
Pour caramel fudge into bottom of a silicone mould. Pour chocolate layer over the top.
Tip - keep in freezer. Can be eaten straight from the freezer.. it will just melt in your mouth.
