Pumpkin, Pecan & Maple Walnut Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup almond meal
3 tbs coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1/4 cup @niulife coconut oil melted
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 @queenfinefoods sugar free maple syrup
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tbs pepitas
1/3 cup pecans
1 cup grated pumpkin
Directions
In a bowl stir together milk, coconut oil, salt eggs and coconut sugar. Add in pumpkin, almond meal and baking powder and stir.
In a separate bowl mix chopped pecans, pepitas and maple syrup.
Fill a 6 hole muffin tin with mixture. Top each muffin with spoonfuls of pecan/pepita mix.
Bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
