Directions
In a bowl stir together milk, coconut oil, salt
eggs and coconut sugar. Add in pumpkin, almond meal and baking powder and stir.
In a separate bowl mix chopped pecans, pepitas
and maple syrup.
Fill a 6 hole muffin tin with mixture. Top each
muffin with spoonfuls of pecan/pepita mix.
Bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
