Peanut Butter & Jelly Stuffed Protein Muffins
PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY STUFFED PROTEIN MUFFINS

Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup plain flour
2 cups self raising flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 scoop vanilla@happywayau protein powder
1/2 cup@natvialiving stevia
1 cup almond milk
Sugar free jam
Directions
Add all ingredients to a bowl. Stir to combine.
Pour minute into lined muffin tin.
Bake at 175 degrees celcius for 10-12 minutes.
While still warm dip top of muffin in melted Nuttelex and toss in a mix of stevia + cinnamon.
Poke hole in the top and fill will@mayversfood dark roasted peanut butter + sugar free jam.
