Pumpkin & Chia Bread
PUMPKIN + CHIA BREAD

Ingredients
450g cooked + mashed pumpkin
2 tbs chia seeds
2 spring onions chopped
1 cup cheese of choice
2 tsp minced garlic
Salt and pepper
1 egg
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
2 1/2 cups of SR flour
Directions
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine.
Pour mixture into lined loaf tin.
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 35-45 minutes.
Recipe Note
Top a slice with Lean chicken or Turkey, hummus and your favourite salad. Top with avocado and eggs.
Warm it up and eat it as a snack. The options are endless!!
