Ingredients
2 scoops salted caramel @happywayau
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
65g melted white chocolate
1 cup pretzels
2 teaspoons gelatine powder or xanthan gum ( to
thicken)
Directions
Add salted caramel @happywayau +
1/4 cup melted coconut oil to a bowl.
In a microwave safe jug melt the white
chocolate. Add salted caramel + melted white chocolate together.
Dip each pretzel in the mix and lay on a baking
tray.
Place in the fridge to set for 10 mins.
For a thick coating remove from the fridge and
dip again.
Place back in the fridge.
Recipe Note
TIP! HIDE THEM WELL because everyone will want to
eat them!!!!!. Store in a container in the fridge.
