Sticky Date Muffins with DF Salted Caramel Sauce
STICKY DATE MUFFINS WITH DF SALTED CARAMEL SAUCE
1/2 cup maple syrup @queenfinefoods
1 cup water
1 & 3/4 cup dates
1 tsp bicarb
3/4 SR flour
1/2 cup almond meal
1 cup dates
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup light coconut cream
1/2 cup maple syrup
Blender Dairy Free Salted Caramel Sauce
Combine dates, water + maple syrup to a saucepan. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Add all other ingredients to the date mixture and stir to combine.
Spoon into a lined muffin tin and bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
Drizzle ( ok smother) with salted caramel sauce.
