Ingredients
30g vanilla@happywayau protein powder
1/2 cup mashed strawberries
1 x cup plain flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup melted Nuttelex or butter
2 tbs@natvialiving stevia or sweetener of choice
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tbs white chocolate chips
1 tsp of coconut oil
1/2 cup white choc
Directions
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine.
Spray a doughnut pan and spoon mixture into the mould.
Bake at 170 degrees celcius for 10-12 minutes.
Glaze
Melt 1/2 cup white chocolate & 1 tsp of coconut oil.
Add red food colouring.
