Ingredients
4 eggs
1/2 cup coconut sugar
Rind of an orange
1 1/2 cups almond meal
2/3 cup wholemeal-SR flour
2/3 cup natural or Greek yoghurt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarb soda
2/3 cup light cream cheese
1/2 cup natural yoghurt
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp stevia
1 tsp orange rind

Cake
Preheat oven to 160 degrees celcius. Line a slice or brownie tin.
Beat the eggs, sugar, rind of an orange together in an electric mixer.
Add the almond meal, wholemeal-SR flour and the yoghurt into the electric mixer and mix.
Spoon mixture into the tin. Bake for 15- 20 minutes.
When cool top with creamy yoghurt frosting

Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine.
