I joined the membership as I had tried all the diets and restricted my food with no success. In the membership I learnt within 7 days how to audit my diet, I had never done this before, and it was such an eye opener and could see exactly where I had been going wrong. I have learnt so much.
I kept myself accountable with my daily food posts in the Hype Gal community and have built so many healthy habits.
I know get to enjoy all food (including cocktails and chocolate) and no food is good, bad or off limits. I now know exactly what to eat to feel my best and I never have to diet again because I have learnt in the membership how to have a healthy balanced lifestyle with restricting my food.
I have dieted on and off for so long and I’m finally getting results. 7.7kgs lost and I am eating the most amazing food and cake for breakfast! And I’ve been able to maintain it all while working full time as a busy mum as it’s just so achievable.
The membership has been life changing, It’s like no other program I have tried before. Jens approach has got me out of a dieting cycle I had been stuck in for years. It’s not just a program it’s a completely new mindset change around food. I have never felt deprived or hungry the whole time.
I joined the Healthy Eating Hype Gal Membership because I wanted to get myself healthy. I have lost weight before on shakes but that’s not sustainable.
The food is comfort food, filling, delicious and family friendly. There are video classes to watch and regular zoom calls to talk face to face. I have genuinely never heard of all that in any other eating program.
The group support is amazing. Can honestly say I am eating more and losing weight!
