CARAMELISED PLUM & ORANGE OATS
1 1/4 cup rolled oats ( can use gluten free)
1 x orange ( juice and rind)
1 1/2 scoops @happywayau vanilla protein
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup tin plums
2 tsp honey
2 cups almond milk or water
In a pan add sliced plums, honey and juice of half an orange. Cook plums on low until they start to caramelize. Remove from heat.
In a small pan add oats, cinnamon, 2 tbs orange rind and almond milk. Cook oats until soft and fluffy.
Turn off stove. Stir through @happywayau.
Top oats with caramelized plums.
