Directions
In a bowl mix plain flour, bi carb, baking soda
and @happywayau in a bowl.
In a separate bowl mix the buttermilk, egg and
vanilla.
Pour buttermilk mixture into flour mixture and
combine.
Line a 3cm deep slice tray with baking paper.
Pour in pancake batter, add the berries to the
top of the batter and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Recipe Note
Serve with extra bloobs (yes I said bloobs not
boobs) and @chobani Greek yoghurt.
