Ingredients
300g lean pork mince
1 egg
1/4 cup plain flour
2 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbs Kecap manis (sweet soy)
2 tbs basil
2 tbs spring onions
1/4 cup sesame seeds
2 tsp minced garlic
Directions
Add all ingredients to a bowl.
Roll into balls.
Bake on a lined baking tray for 15 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
