5 MINUTE HEALTHY BENTO BOX
300 grams chicken mince
1/2 onion diced
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbs sweet chilli sauce
2 tbs oyster sauce
2 tbs water
1 x 250g packet of@unclebensusa coconut rice
3 x cups broccoli or mixed veg
2 tbs parsley
Add 1 tbs olive oil to a pan and cook onion, garlic and the chicken mince.
In a jug mix the sweet chilli, oyster sauce and water. Stir through the chicken mince. Add the herbs.
Microwave broccoli or chosen mixed veg + add to your lunch box.
Add coconut rice and enjoy.
