Ingredients
350g chicken mince
2 x carrots thinly sliced
2 x cups shredded cabbage
2 x spring onions sliced
250g of cooked hokkien noodles
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tbs honey
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbs rice wine vinegar
2 tsp stevia
1/4 cup water
Sauce
Directions
In a pan add olive oil, garlic and ginger. Cook for a few minutes.
Add chicken, carrots, cabbage, spring onions. Add noodles.
Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour over the top
