Spicy Chicken Meal Prep Bowls
SPICY CHICKEN MEAL PREP BOWLS
300 grams chicken mince
2 packets of gluten free brown rice noodles ( I found mine at @coles)
2 spring onions chopped
1 tbs fish sauce
2 tsp garlic
1 tbs oyster sauce
2 tbs soy sauce
3 cups kale ( or favourite greens)
2 carrots grated
1 tbs sweet chilli sauce
2 tbs peanuts or cashews chopped
In a pan add garlic and chicken mince. Cook through.
Add spring onions, fish sauce, soy sauce, sweet chilli, oyster, nuts and stir.
Microwave brown rice noodles as per packet instructions.
Serve spicy chicken mix with noodles kale + carrot keep noodles, chicken and greens separate or mix them all in together.
