Directions
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to
combine.
Just lay your piece of fish on a baking tray and press the mixture onto the top of the fish.
Bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Recipe Note
Serve the fish with your favourite greens or salad and sweet potato chips. I
had mine with a mixed salad of spinach/roasted pumpkin/almonds and drizzled it
with a balsamic glaze...
