5 MINUTE TASTY FISH
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tbs herbs (I use parsley or chives)
1 tsp wholegrain mustard
1 tbs melted nuttelex
1 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs your fave cheese
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine.
Just lay your piece of fish on a baking tray and press the mixture onto the top of the fish.
Bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Serve the fish with your favourite greens or salad and sweet potato chips. I had mine with a mixed salad of spinach/roasted pumpkin/almonds and drizzled it with a balsamic glaze...
