Ingredients
1 x 425g tin of tuna or salmon
2 tbs lemon pepper seasoning
80 grams roasted almonds
1/2 cup plain flour
1 x cup panko breadcrumbs
2 x eggs (beaten)
Directions
In a bowl combine lemon pepper seasoning, flour and tuna.
Roll the mixture into balls.
In a food processor lightly blend the almonds + panko together.
Dip each ball in the egg and then roll each piece in the almond and breadcrumb mix.
Place the bites on a lined baking tray and bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Recipe Note
Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
